Returns

We stand behind the coffee we ship. If there’s an issue with your order, we want to know about it and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns are accepted only if the package is unopened and unused. Once a coffee bag has been opened, we cannot accept a return or exchange. This is non-negotiable and is in place to protect freshness, quality, and food safety.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a resolution. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the return is approved. Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened coffee, used products, clearance items, or orders damaged due to carrier delays, weather, or improper storage after delivery.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We ship wherever USPS delivers. Orders over $60 ship free with Economy Shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If you have an issue with your order or believe there is a quality concern, reach out before opening the package. We’re reasonable people, and we’ll handle legitimate issues the right way.
